Homes made of mud, with very limited room and homes very crowded is what it is like to live in a slum. It is very small and cause many problems. No space, Human waste, trash found everywhere are just some problems you will find in a slum, you can also find children everywhere because there parents cannot afford or school, and because, there is human waste found everywhere. rivers carry sewage and chemicals causing pollution, and kids having no toys or schools to attend.
Human waste is found almost everywehre you look, inside homes, outside, and on the streets. Sanitation systems are nearly absent in a slum. The water that is used to drink and there for food is being contaminated and is causing many diseases because resources to make a diffrence. "Human waste leaches into the water people drink and contaminates the food they eat." People who live in slums are drinking water that has there waste which can become a problem because, that water is contaminated and can cause many diseases. his quote is trying to say that, not only is it found everywhere but it comes out where they drink from as well. Another problem that can be found in slums are rivers carrying sewage and chemicals.
Rivers carrying sewage and chemicals are also problems found in slums. Chemicals and sewage running through rivers is a problem because many people use the rivers to shower and drink from that water. Many people that live in slums have gotten diseases because they are drinking from the water that is being contaminated by sewage and farming chemicals that are dangerous. "Rivers carries not just sewage, but also chemicals dangerous and cause some sort of problem when it comes to people living in slums health. This quote is trying to say that not just sewage does a river carry but chemicals that farmers use that can cause many problems. Children not having any schools to attend or toys to play with is a problem you have when you live in slum.
Many children have to stay home all day because they do not have the money to attend any schols to attend, or stores to shop for a toy. This can be a problem because when they grow up they will not learn anything and they not able to learn anything because there parents probably did not have the money to buy toys to entertain themselves with anything else. This quote is trying to say that even the children have to find the way to make the days pass by faster and more fun because they cannot go buy toys.

Human waste, sewage and chemicals running through rivers, and children having no toys to play with love to live somehwere else, and have the oppurunity in this life to make the world a better place, but with people not caring they will never have the chance.
